It is a documentary. But you will find out that most of its scenes are from PC flight simulators. It is not documenting a real flight, but it is visiting real and extraordinary places on our planet, introducing real and cutting-edge aviation technologies, and most importantly, telling a real story in our world. A story that is so real in our time now.

Ether of Firmament 苍空之穹 is an original aviation documentary series created by enthusiasts and volunteers. Its main objective is to demonstrate aviation technology and explore our own planet from a flight simulation point of view, and it is dedicated to educate, entertain, and arouse public awareness on important issues concerning human lives around the globe.
Project Firmament is a non-for-profit comprehensive aviation media project and produces Ether of Firmament. Our members reside in China, Germany, and the United States. Project Firmament also publishes high-quality Chinese fansubs for videos on various related topics. We also organize immersive flight simulation events. Our works are available in English and Mandarin Chinese.
